Savouries

Poppadoms served with three contrasting dips--spiced onions, sweet mango chutney and mint yoghurt


Starters

All presented with a tingling tandoori chaat of sweet potatoes, chunks of barbecued onions and three types of Shimla peppers (capsicums) and green salad.

A platter of selected Indian favourites or Tapas available for large Xmas parties

Wild Prawns Tomato Basket

Fresh tomato sliced and scooped, filled with tender peeled wild Canadian prawns, fresh capsicums, freshly chopped onions, tingling of fresh green chilli tossed in lemon juice and served with fresh green  salad

Home made leek & Potato Soup

Home grown organic  leek and potato soup  served with Christmas croutons.

Mughali Chicken Tikka

Tikka of chicken marinaded with cream cheese and shahi jeera, roasted in the tandoor and served with a delicate dip.

Brussel Sprouts and Spinach Onion Bhaji

Festive season without sprouts simply would not do! Shredded Brussel sprouts, spinach mixed with mustard and cumin seeds dipped in a spicy batter then deep-fried.



Main Course

Served with fluffy basmati pilao rice and traditional nan from the tandoor.

Chicken A' la Kasmiri

The eternal favorite of marinade and tikka of chicken, roasted in the tandoor, then simmered in satin smooth tomato gravy made with juices of roasted chicken. Extremely fragrant and redolent of kasoori methi.

Shikar Green Masala Ghoste

Rich in taste and tradition. A Punjabi favorite. The Moghuli cuisine speciality of cubed lamb in a velvety ginger, garlic-laced rich browned onion gravy fragrant with sunflower seeds, mace, green cardamom and kewda water.

Mixed Punjab Sabji

A liberal horde of fresh garden vegetables chopped and cooked in kadhai, enveloped in a richly spiced and invigorating gravy, crowned with pickled ginger juliennes.

Parcel of Turkey

Parcel of turkey filled with sage and cranberry stuffing wrapped in  home cured beacon, served with roast potato, seasonal vegetables and turkey gravy.


Desserts

Christmas Pudding served with plum sauce & fresh cream
