Khazana-E-Lazat ::

A creamy cheese kofta simmered in a silky smooth gravy of tomatoes flavoured with garam masala and kasoori methi. This dish is truly a treasure for all vegetarians. (v)

Bhindi Bhaji::

Okra packed with a tangy melange of mango powder and five select spices, cooked with caramelised shallots and garnished with spring onions. (v)

Methi Aloo ::

A traditional dish, which uses a perfect combination of baby potatoes, fresh fenugreek leaves, tomatoes. (v)

Aloo Gobi ::

Florets of fresh cauliflower and potatoes cooked in a dry sauce, and our own special blend of spices, served with a flourish of fresh coriander. (v)

Aloo Ka Korma ::

Baby potatoes soaked overnight in rosewater, bathed in a rich yoghurt and saffron sauce. (v)

 

Bombay Aloo ::

Chunks of potatoes tossed in fresh coriander and cumin smothered in rich tomato spicy sauce. 

 

Daal Makhani ::

The urid lentil delicacy incorporating fresh tomato and garlic, simmered overnight on the tandoor and finished with cream. (v)


Sagg Paneer :

Creamed spinach and Indian cheese cooked with cumin seeds, spring onions and garlic. (v) 

 

Subzee Milloni ::

A selection of fresh vegetables delicately spiced and brought together in a robust spinach sauce (v) 

 

Matter Paneer ::

Indian cheese and green peas cooked in a light sauce of onions, ginger, garlic, spices, yoghurt, tomatoes. (v)

 

Paneer Makhani ::

The vegetarian delight consisting of Indian cheese simmered in a buttery smooth tomato sauce with a hint of kasoori methi. (v)

 

Tarka Daal ::

The word tarka is a fusion of garlic, ginger and oil which is then poured over the daal as it cooks to give a rich and distinctive flavour; a must for all Daal lovers. (v)

 

Chana Masala ::

An aromatic dish of chickpeas cooked gently with onion, pepper, garlic and Indian spices in a rich masala sauce. (v)
