Jhinga Bianko (King Prawns)

Jumbo prawns marinated in a blend of spices, cooked on a skewer. in the tandoor and served with a fresh green garnish.


Fish Amritsari

Succulent chunks of Cod immersed in an ajwain and gram flour batter. Delicately spiced and deep-fried to a rich golden colour.


Salmon Ka Tikka

Chunks of pink Scottish salmon gently marinated in dill, fennel and ginger with a trace of mustard oil, then roasted on the Sigri.


Raunkae Seekh Kebabs

The traditional Seekh lamb kebabs flavoured with coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions, creating a delicious palate of extraordinary taste.


Aloo Tikki

Deep fried potato cakes stuffed with, moong dall, corn flour, Cardamoms, pepper, hing, tempered peethi of peas and served with Contrasting dips and chutneys.


Chounkidar Pakoras

Punjabi style nuggets of onions, and vegetables rolled in delicate spices coated in batter and deep fried, served with an imli dip.

Chicken Dishes

Murghi Makhani Malai

Resplendent oven grilled chicken, cured in a star anise scented marinade, cooked with cardamoms and a delicately spiced creamy sauce with a sprinkling of mace and a scent of fenugreek. Ideal for those who prefer mild rich curries.



Murghi Tikka Masala

Tikka culled from chicken supremes, simmered in a silky onion and garlic tomato puree infused with cinnamon and cloves. Our own exclusive recipe of succulent chicken tikka masala in a smooth gravy.



Hydrabadi Khas Murghi Korma

Tikka of tender fillet of chicken sizzled in the tandoor, and finished in a very mild spicy yoghurt, coconut cream, mace and cardamom sauce, garnished with almonds.



Chicken Jalfrezi

Old favourite! Tender pieces of chicken, prepared in a hot spicy sauce of dried onions, capsicums, hari mirch and garnished with shai cummin and a sprinkle of fresh coriander. A hot dish!

Peppers Rogan Goshe

Our own recipe for Rogan Goshe, chunks of lamb “Dum“ cooked in there own cardamom tinged juices, hari mirch, cashew nuts, Shimla Mirch and finished with fresh coriander.



Harrey Masaley Ka Gosht

Cubes of tender lamb cooked in a medium spiced masala of spinach, coriander, mint, green chillies and bayleaf with green cardamom, pepper and cloves.


Lamb Karahi

Exquisite Punjabi country fayre of tender meat braised in a spicy masala of garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes, with a tempering of crushed coriander seeds and crispy red chillies.


Keema Matar

Fine mince of lamb cooked with ginger, garlic paste, onion, red chilli, cumin, cardamom and bayleaf along with green peas.


Lamb Saag

Tender pieces of spring lamb and spinach cooked together with ginger, garlic , fenugreek and selected spices. Garnished with fresh spring onions and coriander.

Aloo Gobi

Florets of fresh cauliflower and potatoes cooked in a dry sauce, and our own special blend of spices, served with a flourish of fresh coriander.


Bombay Aloo

Chunks of potatoes tossed in fresh coriander and cumin smothered in rich tomato spicy sauce.


Saag Paneer

Creamed spinach and Indian cheese cooked with cumin seeds, spring onions and garlic.


Tarka Daal

The word tarka is a fusion of garlic, ginger and oil which is then poured over the daal as it cooks to give a rich and distinctive flavour; a must for all Daal lovers.


Chana Masala

An aromatic dish of chickpeas cooked gently with onion, pepper, garlic and Indian spices in a rich masala sauce.

Chicken A' la Punjabi Makhni

The eternal favourite of marinade and tikka of chicken, roasted in the tandoor, then simmered in satin smooth tomato gravy made with juices of roasted chicken. Extremely fragrant and redolent of kasoori methi.

Shikar Green Masala Ghoste

Rich in taste and tradition. A Punjabi favourite. The Moghuli cuisine speciality of cubed lamb in a velvety ginger, garlic-laced rich browned onion gravy fragrant with sunflower seeds, mace, green cardamom and kewda water.

Mixed Punjabi Sabji / Turka Dall
