Our own recipe for Rogan Goshe, chunks of lamb “Dum“ cooked in there own cardamom tinged juices, hari mirch, cashew nuts, Shimla Mirch and finished with fresh coriander.
Harrey Masaley Ka Gosht
Cubes of tender lamb cooked in a medium spiced masala of spinach, coriander, mint, green chillies and bayleaf with green cardamom, pepper and cloves.
Exquisite Punjabi country fayre of tender meat braised in a spicy masala of garlic, ginger, onions and tomatoes, with a tempering of crushed coriander seeds and crispy red chillies.
Fine mince of lamb cooked with ginger, garlic paste, onion, red chilli, cumin, cardamom and bayleaf along with green peas.
Tender pieces of spring lamb and spinach cooked together with ginger, garlic , fenugreek and selected spices. Garnished with fresh spring onions and coriander.
