The Appetiser

consists of 3 starters; your choice.


The traditional skewer of finely minced lamb delicately flavoured with fresh coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions creating an extraordinary play of aromas.

Murgh Malai Tikka

Tender pieces of chicken marinated with cheese, cream and ground cumin, roasted on the Sigri and then garnished with chat masala and freshly chopped coriander.

Aloo ki Tikki

Indian potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas and served with three contrasting chutneys-tamarind, mint and sweet onion.


Vegetable Pakora

Crisp nuggets of onion, vegetable and spices delicately coated in batter, deep fried. (v)Main Course will consists of your choice of any 3 courses with rice and nann bread of your choice.

Makhan Chicken

Tikka of chicken simmered in a satin smooth buttery tomato gravy made with juices of the roasted meat and redolent of kasoori fenugreek.

Lamb Roganjosh

The classic curry of Kashmir where tender lamb is braised in a concentrated broth and then cooked in a rich sauce of myriad spices that provide a host of subtle flavours. Adorned with assorted seeds and fresh coriander.

Daal Makhani

The urid lentil delicacy incorporating fresh tomato puree and garlic, simmered overnight on the tandoor and finished with cream.


Mattar Panee

Indian cheese and green peas cooked in a light sauce of onions, ginger, garlic, spices, yogurt and tomatoes.
