The Appetiser

will consist of at least 4 of the following; your choice.


The traditional skewer of finely minced lamb delicately flavoured with fresh coriander, tomatoes, mint and spring onions creating an extraordinary play of aromas.

Kashmiri Tikka

Tender pieces of chicken marinated with delicate spices, garlic, ginger, cream and ground cumin, roasted on the Sigri and then garnished with chat masala and freshly chopped coriander.

Salmon Tikka

Succulent chunks of Scottish wild salmon immersed in an ajwain, delicately spiced and cooked in the clay oven.

Aloo Ki Tikki

Indian potato cakes filled with asafoetida tempered peethi of peas and served with three contrasting chutneys - tamarind, mint and sweet onion.

Mushroom Shashleek

Mushrooms marinated with garlic and delicate spices, grilled with capsicum tomato and onion.


Vegetable Samosa

A favourite of the Indian connoisseur. Deep-fried savoury triangular pastries with an array of delicious fillings.


Main Course

Consists of at least 4 of the following, your choice.

Makhan Chicken

Tikka of chicken simmered in a satin smooth buttery tomato gravy made with juices of the roasted meat and redolent of kasoori fenugreek.

Lamb Roganjosh

The classic curry of Kashmir where tender lamb is braised in a concentrated broth and then cooked in a rich sauce of myriad spices that provide a host of subtle flavours. Adorned with assorted seeds and fresh coriander.

Chicken Nentara

Morsels of chicken prepared in a medium spiced sauce of tomatoes, ginger, onion and fenugreek, then garnished with spring onions and a dash of fresh coriander.

Daal Makhani

The urid lentil delicacy incorporating fresh tomato puree and garlic, simmered overnight on the tandoor and finished with cream.


Tarka Daal

The word tarka is a fusion of garlic, ginger and oil which is then poured over the daal as it cooks to give a rich and distinctive flavour; a must for all Daal lovers.


Subzee Milloni

A selection of fresh vegetables delicately spiced and brought together in a robust spinach sauce.


Mixed Vegetable Jalfezi

A selection of fresh vegetables delicately spiced and cooked in a light sauce of onions, ginger, garlic, spicy tomato sauce.
